What You Will Be Doing As An Associate Information Systems Engineer ?
- Analyses, installs, modifies and supports operating systems, windows updates, support issues related to client compliance in Intune.
- Works closely with Global Information Security (GIS) to evaluate endpoint security solutions and advise on client concerns.
- Tracking and remediation of Microsoft and third-party patch failures.
- Leverages on-premises and cloud management tools to ensure all global endpoints are properly managed and secure throughout their full life cycle.
- Monitors systems, analyzes reports, and corrects issues on all globally deployed systems (Windows, macOS, iOS/Android).
- Creates and maintains technical and user-facing client endpoint and infrastructure documentation.
