What You Will Be Doing As Acquisition Manager?

  • Business Development: You will be responsible for generating leads and identifying potential customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing initiatives. Your goal will be to bring in new customers to the bank.
  • Customer Acquisition: You will actively engage with prospective customers, understand their financial needs and requirements, and present suitable banking products and services offered by Kotak Mahindra Bank. This may involve conducting product presentations, explaining features, and addressing customer queries.
  • Relationship Management: Once new customers are onboarded, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them. This includes regular follow-ups, providing personalized banking solutions, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: You will work towards achieving sales targets set by the bank, meeting or exceeding the assigned goals for customer acquisition. This involves developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer conversion and revenue generation.

What You Will Be Doing As Service Officer/Cashier ?

  • Customer Service: Your primary responsibility will be to provide superior customer service to bank customers. This includes greeting customers, addressing their queries, providing information about banking products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Cash Handling: You will be responsible for handling cash transactions, which includes accepting cash deposits, disbursing cash withdrawals, and processing various types of payments such as utility bills, loan repayments, and customer transactions.
  • Account Operations: You will assist customers with account-related activities, such as opening new accounts, updating customer information, issuing checkbooks and debit cards, and providing account statements.
  • Cross-Selling: As a Service Officer/Cashier, you will have opportunities to identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional banking products and services to customers. This may involve discussing and recommending products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, and insurance policies based on customer needs and preferences.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills are essential, including the ability to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers. Active listening, empathy, and effective communication are crucial for understanding customer needs and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Cash Handling: Proficiency in cash handling is important, including accurate counting, verification, and reconciliation of cash transactions.
