WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE/ VOICE PROCESS – CHENNAI AND BANGALORE LOCATION
- Good Communication Required
- Work from office only (WFO)
- Handling Complaint Voice/Chat/Email.
- Handle Voice query of customers
- Handling customers query and request for the services
- Understand customer requirement and provide the best customer service experience
📌REQUIRED CANDIDATES PROFILE
- Good English Communication Written & Verbal.
- Candidates who can speak Kannada fluently
- Experience (minimum 1 Year) into Voice Process
- Day shift (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM) any 9 hrs. Shift.
- One day rotational week off
- Any Graduation, BE / B. Tech, BSc (CS) (IT), MSc (CS), MCA. etc.,Only Technical Graduation with no backlogs
