  • Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally via various communication channels such as email, phone calls, or meetings.
  • Client Onboarding and Training: Assist clients in the onboarding process, providing guidance on product or service implementation, setup, and usage. Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate clients on the features, functionalities, and best practices of the company’s offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals. This may involve regular check-ins, conducting satisfaction surveys, and actively seeking feedback to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and contract negotiations. Monitor client usage and engagement metrics to identify potential expansion opportunities or areas for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address client issues or concerns, working collaboratively with internal teams such as technical support, sales, or product development to ensure timely resolution.
