WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE/ VOICE/INBOUND PROCESS/ CHAT PROCESS FOR NOIDA LOCATION 👇
- International BPO & KPO Email & Chat experience is a must for experienced candidates.
- Knowledge of MS office and know how about the basic function of MS office
- Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members
- Pro-active and zeal to outperform
- Communication- Should be able to comprehend well (written and verbal)
- Hardworking, flexible and Pro-active
- Willingness to work in any business shift
- Fixed and rotational, Day or Night shifts hours
- Good Communication Required.
- Work from office only(WFO).
- Handling Complaint Voice/Chat/Email.
- Handle Voice query of customers
