ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TELLER – GURGAON ( EXP – 2-4 YEARS)
- Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service
- Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions, including managing cash supply for the branch, processing incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash
- Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals
- Educate clients on the digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CCU OFFICER – CHENNAI ( EXP – 2-4 YEARS)
- Assist with providing solutions to inbound customer inquiries through effective problem solving and decision making
- Develop and apply thorough knowledge of practices and procedures to accomplish team goals
- Assist immediate manager with team motivation and performance monitoring
- Mentor associates to improve individual performance
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FIELD SALES OFFICER – BANGALORE ( EXP – 0-2 YEARS )
- Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citi’s products
- Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships
- Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to new and existing customers
- Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
