WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS VOICE/NON-VOICE EXECUTIVE FOR CHENNAI, COIMBATORE LOCATION
- Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Ability to understand the issue and route to appropriate team.
- Complaint Management.
- Solving Customer queries.
- Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
- Handling customers over the call.
- Provide hardware, software or network problem resolutions via telephone, e-mail or chat for HCLTechs global customers.
QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
- Good written & Verbal communication.
- Interested to work in Voice/Non-Voice Process
- Any Arts and Science graduates
- Basic computer knowledge
- Flexible to work in Night shifts / Rotational Shifts
- Ready to work from Office
- Graduation Year 2020,2021 and 2022(with Nil Arrears)
