Conduent Careers, Work from Home -Cloud Services Engineer Responsibilities
- Plan and lead projects to both maintain and enhance the Microsoft 365 Cloud Platform integration at Conduent.
- Identify best practices for the various components of the Microsoft 365 Cloud Platform and make recommendations for the implementation thereof.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for other members of the Microsoft 365 team
- Create knowledge articles and other documentation as requested by senior management.
- Expert level experience with Microsoft Cloud 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Yammer, and Azure.
- Strong experience with on-premise Active Directory and Exchange Server
- Experience with configuration management of Microsoft Exchange, configuration of Exchange policies, SMTP relay and email routing.
