Egnyte Careers, Work from Home –Commission Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Be the lead subject matter expert on sales commissions and accounting treatment for contract cost under ASC 606
- Partner with Sales Operations and Order-to-Cash process owners to drive the enhancement of sales data integrity to support commission process automation and reporting
- Manage the computation of commission payout for the sales organization on a monthly basis
- Manage the reconciliation of commission accounting in compliance with ASC 606
- Spearhead the automation and streamlining of end-to-end commission processes and maintain the commission automation software, Xactly
- Drive the shift to real-time and business-facing analysis to provide more quality insights for strategic decisions on sales compensation plans
- Partner with Sales Operations to execute compensation plans and address sales team’s inquiries on compensation calculations and statements
- Own the reseller commission program including reviewing the reseller agreements and computing commission accrual and payouts per agreement on a monthly basis
