- End to End Recruitment.Sourcing profiles.
- Bulk Recruitment.
- Attending Job Fairs and Campus Drives.
- Follow up with Candidates from screening to joining.
- Conducting Joining, Orientation, Induction & Exit formalities.
- Preparing MIS reports.
- Handling the employee grievances.
- Conducting Skip level meetings.
