WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS TELECALLER/TELE SALES EXECUTIVE FOR GURGAON LOCATION 👇
• Calling the students and explaining to them about the product and courses offered by the Company
• Regular follow-up with Students/Parents for driving walk-ins to the Academy.
• Providing information to students or parents about various courses and career options.
• Ensuring all the follow-ups and details are updated in CRM.
• Preparing student or parent data and providing information over the phone
• Responsible for the achievement of the Monthly Walk-in target
• Maintain and manage the application database at all times and keep them updated.
• To provide all the required administrative support to all the departments at all times and adhere to strict guidelines while performing the same.
• Full-filling the daily target calls of 200 calls or 5 walk-ins or 2 enrolments per day
• Asking for references and generating revenues
QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good communication (Hindi/English).
- Freshers may apply.
- Min 6 months to 4 years of experience in Telecalling/ Tele Sales.
- Notice period: Immediate Joiner, 7 days will be preferred.
- Basic computer skills
