WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ( CSR )
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate in any stream AND
- B2.2 level or above in German from a recognized institution or
- Diploma or advanced diploma in German Language from Delhi University or any other recognized university
- Graduation in German from Delhi University or any other recognized university or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible to work in different shifts depending upon business requirement
