ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TELECALLING OFFICER – CHENNAI
- It is an Outbound Collections process
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Freshers or Experience any graduate any specialization’s.
- Should have basic MS office skills.
- Any GraduatesBoth Freshers & Experienced candidate
