What You Will Be Doing As Human Resource?

  • Recruitment and Selection: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, creating job descriptions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations: Implementing programs and initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Managing employee relations issues, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Supporting the performance management process by setting performance goals, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback to employees. Working with managers to identify training and development needs and creating performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs within the organization and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design and deliver training sessions.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Assisting employees with queries related to salary, benefits, and leave management.
