What You Will Be Doing As Collection Specialist ?
●Reaching out via email to past due clients for payment
●Monitor ACH direct debit rejections
●Respond to and solve Zendesk tickets with the SLA agreement.
●Reconcile accounts when clients dispute balance
●Participate in client meetings for existing clients and new clients.
●Assist with the month end process.
●Participate in weekly AR team meetings.
●Ongoing review of client credit reports.
●Process client refunds
●Provide clients with statements.
●Assist with any AR team projects.
●Provide weekly and monthly reports on all assigned clients and their status
