What You Will Be Doing As Customer Service Executive?
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer queries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat. Providing accurate and timely information about the company’s products, services, and trading platforms.
- Resolving Customer Issues: Assisting customers in resolving any issues they may encounter while using the 5Paisa platform or services. This includes troubleshooting technical problems, clarifying account-related queries, and addressing trading-related concerns.
- Account Management: Managing customer accounts, including account opening, modification, and closure processes. Guiding customers through account-related procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Product Education: Educating customers about the various investment products and services offered by 5Paisa. Providing information on trading strategies, investment opportunities, and market trends to help customers make informed decisions.

What You Will Be Doing As MIS Executive?
