WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS CUSTOMER SUCCESS ANALYST – HYDERABAD

  • Service Onboarding/Offboarding – leverage technology implementation/decommission plans and checklists, assist your manager and project teams with customer engagement and information collection, execute planning sessions, share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learnt from other implementation/decommission efforts.
  • Service Adoption – maintain close visibility of the implementation / decommission activities, engage with the customer teams on a regular basis to monitor status, respond to service-related questions, identify, and manage risks to closure.
  • the remediation of any issues impacting on value realization.
  • with service teams to formally measure customer sentiment, evaluate and make recommendations on improvement actions, and report on sentiment, associated action plans and deliverables.
  • Customer Advocate – provide constant input to service teams on changes taking place within the customer environment, arbitrate in the unlikely event of a formal service complaint, and ensure that the customer voice is being heard and can influence the services being delivered.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS ANALYST- CORE RESEARCH – GURGAON

  • Support client conversations to clarify requests, ensure accurate understanding of scope, manage client expectations on available content and offer alternatives in case of limited/unavailable content
  • Respond to NC client requests with minimal oversight from NC Industry/Sector Content/Network Manager ensuring proper scope, focus, consistency, and quality–data accuracy and comprehensiveness, structure, logic, and visual presentation–of products and services
  • Organize, synthesize, and summarize information such as industry developments, company information, and industry metrics for further analysis and packaging by NC Industry/Sector Content Manager
  • Log all requests with comprehensive metadata in a request management system and report metrics extracted from the system
  • Manage the harvesting of newly discovered project qualifications and original materials created to support NC requests for further reuse
  • Produce project qualification (credential) summary slides to support self-service for frequent NC requests
  • Recommend updates to Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) designations, as identified through NC requests
  • Identify content / knowledge gaps and collaborate with Industry Knowledge Manager and Global Knowledge Services team to address identified gaps
