- Planning managerial processes to improve business administration efficiency
- Creating financial strategies for a budget
- Overseeing the daily operations of a business or department
- Evaluating the productivity and performance of employees
- Joining a company board to make executive decisions for the business
- Organising workplace meetingsa
- Instructing and advising department managers
- Implementing strategic planning for improving productivity
- Liaising with other executives.
QUALIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Should be able to deal with a large amount of invoices
- Understanding of end-to-end processes and appreciation of critical parameters
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Self-initiative, drive and zeal for continuous improvement.
