WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – BANGALORE

  • Relevant Data Organizing & Sharing with brand & relevant stakeholders. Offtake tracker to be shared bi-weekly.
  • Liaise with internal catalog teams to keep listings updated on the platform
  • Ensure timely closure of vendor AIs including QC validation, RO closures etc
  • Ensure smooth flow of the vendor supply operations with Flipkart
  • Help closing Category marketing activation as per timelines agreed
  • Liaise with FK finance team to ensure timely closure of escalations

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, data handling and organisation, stakeholder management

1.Leadership and People Management – Active participation in formulating the business goals and objectives along with Manager, Working jointly with operation management and breaking down the key business drivers in measurable terms, Maintaining relationship with different functions to make sure, quality initiatives are driven strongly

2. Quality and Continuous Improvement – Driving QMS initiatives along with functional teams to formulize a robust processes and systems with proper SOPs

SKILLS REQUIRED

Key Competencies: Communication skills – verbal and written, Data collection, management and analysis, Problem analysis and problem solving, Planning and organizing, Customer service orientation, Teamwork

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS TRAINER – KOLKATA ( EXP – 2-5 YEARS )

1.Lead & take accountability for the entire Manpower Learning & Development charter for the mapped span of fulfilment centres self-run & 3PL & Last mile Delivery centres.

2.Take accountability & responsibility for New Hires & refresher training with assessment.

3.Follows a blended learning approach to create engagement among learners.

4.Own & takes responsibility for designing a learning plan for the White- & Blue-collar workforce.

5.Creates a structured plan for designing & implementing the capability & competency development charter for white- & blue-collar workforce.

6.Able to deliver the training ask within the defined TAT.
