ABOUT COMPANY

Yes Bank is an Indian bank headquartered in Mumbai, India and was founded by Rana Kapoor and Ashok Kapoor in 2004. It offers wide range of differentiated products for corporate and retail customers through retail banking and asset management services. On 5 March 2020, in an attempt to avoid the collapse of the bank, which had an excessive amount of bad loans, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) took control of it. RBI later reconstructed the board and named Prashant Kumar, former chief financial officer and deputy managing director of State Bank of India, as MD & CEO of Yes Bank, along with Sunil Mehta, former non-executive chairman of Punjab National Bank, as Yes Bank’s non-executive chairman.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PERSONAL BANKER/SALES OFFICER CORPORATE SALARY – COIMBATORE, TAMIL NADU/ BANGALORE, KARNATAKA/KOCHI KERALA

  • Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts- Qualified & Activated NTB CASA Accounts (In Nos.).
  • Acquisition of Quality Higher CASA variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher CASA variants
  • Acquisition of CASA Values-CASA AMB acquired in accounts sourced during the month (In Rs)
  • Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products
  • Maintaining good relationship with the customers
  • Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines
  • Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk
  • Comply with Bank’s policies and processes
  • Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
  • Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer’s assets
  • Ensure timely submission of MIS reports.
  • Run the processes for account opening, account maintenance & account closure related formalities as per YBL process.
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and instructions, whilst ensuring that the Bank’s delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction. e.g. timely checking of account opening documentation, opening of Accounts etc.
  • Ensure adherence to process & documentation standards (e.g.,forms/checklists, welcome calling, approvals, etc.)
  • Ensure pro-active & sustained liaison with NOC, Product, Sales RM, etc. where required
  • Maintain strict vigilance on the quality of forms and documentation provided
