ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TECHNICAL WRITER – PUNE
- Strong skills in English (written and verbal)
- Structured approached in creating content
- Responsible for creating/editing technical documents and manuals
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner and working with design teams to ensure accuracy of product descriptions
- Skilled to research, develop and document technical documents
- Exposure in producing electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
- Ability to manage updates and revisions to technical literature
- Sound experience in revision management
- Ability to analyse documents to maintain continuity of style of content
- Ability to interact with customer
- Strongly driven approach to create design goals and deadlines
Ability to work with different steams and collate the contents - Good experience in content management/web-based document handling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and MS Word
- Experience creating content for electro mechanical domain
