- Handle outsourced payroll administration responsibilities.
- Manage vendor relationships and data effectively and efficiently
- Operate in a fast and dynamic environment.
- Liaise effectively with team members of all levels and align on relevant tasks towards a high-quality outcome.
- Gather and transmit accurate information to Payroll Application (vendor)
- Review of payroll outputs through the Payroll Application portal.
- Report to the Payroll Manager to ensure all law and payroll tax obligations are met.
- Address basic payroll issues with the vendor, employees and other stakeholders
- Process and ensure data are controlled and distributed in compliance with local legislation.
