ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SERVICE DESK ANALYST – CHENNAI
- Enjoy providing excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (active listening skills)
- Ability to articulate and speak with clear voice
- Ability to understand the Customers business objectives
- Ability to understand and accept that the Customers issues affect the business
- Enjoy problem solving
- Must have empathy with end users
- Professional code of conduct
- Experience with remote monitoring and management a plus.
- Basic desktop hardware support skills – monitor issues, connection issues etc
- Active Directory experience – reset passwords, disable accounts, etc
- Common off the shelf software support – Outlook will be huge here – DL support, setting up shared mailboxes etc.
