ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLIENT MANAGEMENT – PUNE
- A Client Manager is a quota-bearing sales persona and the primary purpose of the role is to take full ownership of named client accounts, retain these clients and find new business.
- The Client Manager is assigned a range of development and maintenance accounts and held accountable for the performance achievement of those accounts in terms of revenue retention, profitability management, and growth.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CUSTOMER SENIOR ANALYST – HYDERABAD
- Self-driven with attention to detail and follow-through to closure of issues
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FINANCIAL REPORTING – MUMBAI
- Capex monitoring & management – Monitoring Data center wise Capex & working on DC wise Capex forecast with coordination to Internal stakeholders.
- Budget control-Tracking budgets against plan, identifying the GAP analysis.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR F&A OPERATIONS – CHENNAI
Identify the ownership pattern of the customers and the ultimate beneficial owner – Screening all the Stakeholders/Customers in the sanction tools – Awareness on the basic requirement in CDD & KYC – Analyze transaction history against KYC Standards – Data gathering for existing /new clients using internal / external resources – Observe highest level of confidentiality in the handling of information received in the course of their responsibilities – To follow Team’s objectives and service requirements
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OPERATIONAL ANALYST – GURGAON
- Booking Journal Entries basis bank statements and client
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation and maintaining the respective financial logs
- Prepare monthly financial reporting package for the Hedge Funds, including the determination of “Net Asset Value” and prepare the Statement of Asset and Liabilities and Profit and Loss Statement
- Ensuring fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees, are accrued for and are in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MARKETING BUDGET – BANGALORE
- Opening purchase requests and purchase orders in the global Ariba system.
- Building, maintaining, and communicating leaders’ budgets in excel.
- Working on marketing teams, assisting with organizing excel spreadsheets.
- Engaging with finance and procurement within NTT DATA.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HC & INSURANCE OPERATIONS – COIMBATORE
- Process Adjudication claims and resolve for payment and Denials
- Knowledge in handling authorization, COB, duplicate, pricing and corrected claims process
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance policy concepts including in network, out of network providers, deductible, coinsurance, co-pay, out of pocket, maximum inside limits and exclusions, state variations
