- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written)
- Willing to work in US shifts
- Carry PAN and Aadhar for spot offers.
- Candidate must have their own Laptop / Desktop and Internet Connectivity.
