WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE – ( CCE )

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written)
  • Willing to work in US shifts
  • Carry PAN and Aadhar for spot offers.
  • Candidate must have their own Laptop / Desktop and Internet Connectivity.
