- Specify, design and develop the validation environment & tools (Desktop machine and applications, test benches, tools installations etc.)
- Integrate components from various development teams, perform integration and prepare validation platform
- Use automation scripts, batch files to automate the integration and validation tasks
- Produce validation result reports and associated Change Requests (defects)
- Contribute towards standardization of test related PMT by reusing existing solutions or implementing best practices
- Possess system perspective while carrying out validation activities. Keep tight link with architects and design engineers through the whole Software Validation cycle
- Apply organization processes and standards
- Ensure requirements traceability according to Requirements Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills. Guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization.

- Good knowledge of debugging techniques and experience with Lauterbach TRACE32/ISystem WinIdea. Knowledge of unit test tools like Tessy, VectorCast, etc
- Knowledge of test methodology and experience with software testing for AutoSAR compliant ECUs.
- Understanding of regression test and analysis.
