WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS TECHNICAL/CUSTOMER SUPPORT (VOICE/NON VOICE) INTERNATIONAL PROCESS FOR HYDERABAD LOCATION
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Selecting and hiring new staff.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
- Any Under Graduate /Graduate/ Post Graduates are eligible to apply
- Any fresher & Experience with contact center or BPO
- Should have Excellent communication skills ( Written & Verbal )
- Decent knowledge on internet concepts and computers
- Flexible to work in any shifts & Week
- Should be flexible to work from Office
