WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS JUNIOR RECRUITER FOR MUMBAI LOCATION
- Responsible to handle end to end recruitment cycle
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
- Post job ads on professional sites, jobs sites, and social media.
- Share the vacancy details with the consultancy
- Screen resumes
- Take initial interview rounds
- Co-ordinate with the Team Managers for the interview and feedback
- Continuous follow-up with consultancy and candidates, pre and post-interview till onboarding.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS YOU NEED AS JUNIOR RECRUITER
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven core recruitment experience (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Excellent communication skills – Both written and spoken
- Attention to details
- Experienced in bulk hiring
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
- Supports workplace diversity
- A graduate degree will be preferred
