Walk-in Drive at Coforge – Investment Banking Analyst Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Creating and maintaining complex financial models, including valuation models, merger models, and leveraged buyout models to support various transactions and strategic initiatives.
- Conducting Research: Performing extensive market research, industry analysis, and company-specific due diligence to assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities and to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Preparing Presentations: Assisting in the preparation of pitch books, information memorandums, and other client presentations that effectively communicate the key findings, analysis, and recommendations to support client engagements and business development efforts.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing large datasets, financial statements, and market trends to identify key patterns and trends, enabling informed decision-making and providing strategic recommendations to clients and senior team members.
- Supporting Deal Execution: Assisting in the execution of various financial transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPOs), and other capital-raising activities, by facilitating due diligence processes, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of deals.
