WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS A VOICE SUPPORT FOR KOLKATA & PUNE LOCATION
- Day to day management of the Telephony environment to ensure optimal services.
Owner of all Global Interactive Voice Response Systems.
Maintain relationships with third party vendors.
Management of all toll free and local phone numbers utilized both internally and externally.
Budget responsibilities related to vendors and internal telephony costs.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS A ASSOCIATE FOR MUMBAI LOCATION
- Candidate with 1+ year of experience in BPO or Healthcare domain
Excellent written communication skills
Completed education in English Medium school
Excellent Analytical & Critical thinking skills
Ability to quickly identify requested information and anticipate future needs
Strong attention to quality and detail
Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
Ability to be reliable and punctual in work attendance
Ability to adhere to a schedule
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS A NON VOICE PROCESS FOR HYDERABAD LOCATION
Your Responsibility as a Non-voice process job involves work in computer & internet like email handling, chat support, messages etc.
Qualification for this Job
- Any Graduate
- BBA/BA/B.COM/BSC/BHM/BAMS/BMS/BVOC/BCA/B.TECH/BAMS/HSC/BCA/MA/M.TECH/MCA
15 years of Education compulsory.
