- Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, and ensuring that all financial data is properly classified and organized.
- Accounts Payable: Managing the accounts payable process, which involves verifying and processing invoices from suppliers, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining good relationships with vendors.
- Accounts Receivable: Overseeing accounts receivable activities, including generating invoices, tracking customer payments, following up on overdue accounts, and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Reconciliation: Conducting regular bank reconciliations to ensure that the company’s financial records match its bank statements, identifying discrepancies, and taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Expense Tracking: Monitoring and tracking business expenses, ensuring that expenses are properly documented, approved, and in line with company policies.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries on a regular basis, providing insights into the company’s financial performance and trends.
